Yoga & Mindfulness for Beginners
About this course
A gentle, inclusive yoga and mindfulness course for complete beginners. No flexibility or prior experience required. Covers foundational asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), guided relaxation and an evidence-based mindfulness programme (based on MBSR principles) to manage stress and improve focus. Each live session includes a 30-minute yoga practice and a 20-minute mindfulness exercise. Suitable for all body types. Taught online and at our Lahore studio.
